Reservation confirmation will be sent to you via email once the deposit is received. Please confirm the accuracy of your reservation. You are responsible for all of the nights and rentals included in the reservation, even in the event of early departure. You have 24 hours to cancel your reservation.  After 24 hours your reservation is subject to our cancellation/deposit policy below.

Cancellation Policy (applies to ALL cancellation reasons, including, but not limited to, weather or family illness): Any cancellation made within 14 days of the arrival date results in forfeiture of 100% deposit. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance. Snow Conditions: If trails are OPEN and being groomed, no refunds will be given for cancellations due to weather conditions. If weather conditions cause trails to close and you cancel your reservation, your deposit is fully refundable.

Deposits: We accept cash, check or card. Single-night motel stays require full payment. Two-night hotel stays or longer require 30% of total cost.

Additional policies:

Damages Policy: Any and all damage to the motel, or negligence resulting in damage to the motel or contents will be the responsibility of the renter. Guests shall be solely responsible for any property damage, accident/injury to any person or loss sustained by any person, including loss of money, jewelry, and other items of personal property, arising out of or in any way related to guest uses of premises or the items of personal property provided by Trap N’ Fish Motel at guest’s request. 

Pet Policy: If bringing a pet, please confirm if you have permission, and if you have been charged the pet fee. Any renters caught bringing pets without permission may be asked to leave without a refund, or pay additional fees. 

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the motel. We ask you to please clean up any smoking waste outside.
